Persidangan Tahunan Perpustakaan  Malaysia 2023 or Annual Conference of Malaysia Libraries 2023 was held for 2 days from 3rd August until 4th August 2023 at Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam.

This conference theme was "Digital MADANI Society: Opportunities to Make a Difference", launched by a National Laureate, Emeritus Professor Dr. Muhammad bin Haji Salleh as the keynote speaker.

Participation from libraries workforce allows them to actively connected and reach out to a vast range of stakeholders across the country.
